There are 3 committees of AIITA at the national level as well as at state levels. The common aim of these committees is Human Resource Development in Different Fronts and Levels in the Field of Education.

Educational System Study Committee (ESSC)
1) To prepare individuals for study, review and critical analysis of educational systems and to come up with critical views as well as constructive suggestions.
2) To develop speakers on NEP at different levels.
3) To develop researchers in different domains of education.

Issue Addressing Committee (IAC)
1) To identify, diagnose and address different educational Issues.
2) To develop legal experts and advisors on relevant educational issues.
3) To prepare RTI activists in comprehending and addressing educational concerns.

Media Committee (MC)
1) To develop content creators for print, electronic and social media.
2) To foster the ability of wring column articles on educational matters.
3) To create innovative educational matters.
4) To develop legal and technical support team in various fields of media (print, electronic and social).
