A pan-India professional body of teachers, working at every level towards one shared aim — the development of human resources in the field of education.
The All India Ideal Teacher Association (AIITA) is a pan-India organisation registered under the Societies Registration Act, with its own constitution, policy and programme framework.
Today the association brings together more than 6,000 members across approximately 18 states, led by a dedicated central team. From national committees down to state and district chapters, every part of AIITA works towards a common purpose: enhancing the quality of education and supporting the professional development of teachers everywhere.
We hold to a simple but powerful idea — that the true task of a teacher is not merely to pass inherited knowledge from one generation to the next, but to build society itself.

The objectives of AIITA, as set out in its Constitution, shall be as follows.
To promote better educational and moral values in the educational institutions.
To sanctify education from ignorance and promote Islamic perspective of education.
To guide teachers in development of educational, intellectual, technical, moral and professional abilities; and prepare teachers to play a positive role in building a good society.
To guide students in their intellectual, educational and moral development.
To review government's educational policy, and both governmental and non-governmental curriculum and ensure that no objectionable content becomes part of the educational policy.
To correct misunderstandings of fellow teachers and students regarding Islam.
To strive for due rights of the teachers.
To promote education in the society particularly among Muslims.
एसोसिएशन के निम्नलिखित उद्देश्य होंगे।
शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में बेहतर शैक्षणिक एवं नैतिक वातावरण को बढ़ावा देना।
शिक्षा को अज्ञानता के प्रभाव से शुद्ध करना और शिक्षा के इस्लामी सिद्धांत को बढ़ावा देने का प्रयास करना।
शिक्षकों के शैक्षणिक, वैचारिक, कलात्मक, नैतिक एवं व्यावसायिक कौशल के विकास का मार्गदर्शन करना तथा शिक्षकों को एक उत्तम समाज (सालेह मुआशरे) के निर्माण में अपनी सकारात्मक भूमिका निभाने में सक्षम बनाना।
छात्रों का बौद्धिक, शैक्षणिक और नैतिक रूप से मार्गदर्शन करना।
सरकारी शिक्षा नीति के साथ-साथ सरकारी और गैर सरकारी पाठ्यपुस्तकों (दरसियात) की समीक्षा करते रहना और यह सुनिश्चित करने का प्रयास करना कि कोई भी आपत्तिजनक सामग्री पाठ्यपुस्तकों (दरसियात) और शिक्षा नीति का हिस्सा न बन सके।
इस्लाम के बारे में हमवतन शिक्षकों और छात्रों की इस्लाम के सम्बंध में फैली भ्रांतियों को दूर करना।
शिक्षकों के वैध अधिकारों के लिए प्रयास करना।
मुल्की समाज विशेषकर मुसलमानों में शिक्षा के प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए प्रयास करना।

تعلیم کو جاہلیت کے اثرات سے پاک کرنا اور اسلامی نظریہ تعلیم کو فروغ دینے کی کوشش کرنا۔
اساتذہ کی علمی و فکری، فنی و اخلاقی اور پیشہ ورانہ صلاحیتوں کے فروغ کے لئے رہ نمائی کرنا اور اساتذہ کو صالح معاشرے کی تعمیر میں اپنا مثبت کردار ادا کرنے کے قابل بنانا۔
طلبہ کی فکری، علمی اور اخلاقی رہ نمائی کرنا۔
سرکاری تعلیمی پالیسی نیز سرکاری و غیر سرکاری درسیات کا جائزہ لیتے رہنا اور کوشش کرنا کہ کوئی قابلِ اعتراض مواد درسیات اور تعلیمی پالیسی کا حصہ نہ بن سکے۔
ہم وطن اساتذہ اور طلبہ کی اسلام سے متعلق غلط فہمیاں دور کرنا۔
اساتذہ کے جائز حقوق کے لئے کوشش کرنا۔
ملکی سماج اور خاص طور سے مسلمانوں میں تعلیم کے فروغ کے لئے کوشش کرنا۔
